The ditty limiting factor of a free WordPress account is you cannot rewrite the markup, or HTML behind the scenes...you only get access to how things look, after a matter-of-fact $15 charge. The WordPress "Dashboard," or control center, is moderately clear to functioning and the WordPress.com Forum is a great place to stay in requital for answers to all of your questions.
